Executive Committee

The Executive Committee maintains oversight of all projects and decides on matters of overall CCHRI policy and strategy.  It is made up of an equal number of representatives (6) from health plans, providers and purchasers/consumers.  The elected Health Plan representatives on the Executive Committee include six senior executive (clinical) level individuals from network model plans practicing within the state.  Six purchaser/consumer representatives are designated by the Pacific Business Group on Health and include PBGH and CalPERS.  The Provider seats include the California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG), the California Medical Association (CMA), the Permanente Medical Group and the California Healthcare Association (CHA).  There are also two rotating seats with a term of two years, elected by participating medical groups and IPAs within the state.  Executive Committee members are expected to represent their stakeholder group—not their individual organizations.
