Governance

Purchasers, health plans and health care providers are equally represented on the CCHRI Executive Committee, where ultimate decisions are made. Every effort is made to achieve consensus for decisions. If consensus cannot be reached, decisions are made by majority vote.

CCHRI is governed by the Executive Committee and advised by the following committees:
