Provider After-Hours Access Survey (PAHAS)

CCHRI conducts a telephone survey of primary care physician offices to assess after-hours physician availability and access to appropriate emergency and urgent care information.  The survey is conducted for fifty primary care office sites in each participating provider group and results are publicly reported.  Learn more about the After Hours Survey »
