The member experience survey results displayed in the CCHRI Report on Quality use NCQA Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey measures to evaluate members’ experience and satisfaction with their plan. Results are divided into two categories:
- Members experience with their plan
- Members experience with their providers
